When you reach out via email, our team reviews your inquiry and connects you with the most appropriate specialist on our team. If you are asking about a specific experience, we will provide availability details, preparation requirements, and next steps for securing your booking.
For custom itinerary requests combining multiple experiences, expect a more detailed consultation process. We will ask about your interests, physical capabilities, time constraints, and specific conservation topics you wish to engage with.
Located in Melbourne's St Kilda neighborhood, our workspace doubles as an information hub for sustainable travel resources. Visitors can browse our library of ecological field guides, view photography from partner properties, and discuss trip planning with team members.
Drop-in visits welcome during business hours, though emailing ahead ensures someone with expertise in your area of interest will be available.
